The below nightly rates are representative of short-term rental (less than 1 week). 

Florida Low Season (May - September): $149 nightly

Florida High Season  (October - April): $229 nightly

Cleaning fee: $150

Pet fee: $50 per pet, up to 2 (dogs only due to allergies)

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Florida High Season is October 1 - April 30 / Florida Low Season is May 1 - September 30.
